Your data privacy is essential to us. Hexaserve collects metadata, names, email addresses, and payment logs exclusively to run services efficiently:

- All transactions are encrypted through Stripe or authorized payment gateways.

3. PAYMENT & COMPLIANCE
We strictly adhere to local and international finance guidelines. Any payment processing disputes should be handled in accordance with the bank partner's regulations. Refund requests for subscription fees are evaluated case-by-case within 14 business days.
